£0 remaining for repairing a mobile phone
G is requesting assistance to repair his mobile phone. As an asylum seeker, his device is critical for staying connected and accessing essential services. However, it has been malfunctioning, closing unexpectedly and not holding a charge properly. I believe the battery may need to be replaced. Get his phone fixed reliably again will allow G to continue communicating with authorities, accessing information and seeking support during this challenging time.
H is receiving housing benefit and Universal Credit, and she has three young children, ages 3, 6 and 11. She cannot afford to replace her washing machine, which is beyond repair, without which she cannot manage her family's laundry. With your generous donations we would like to provide her with a replacement machine.
This young person that I am currently supporting has been accepted onto a degree with Open University. The course starts on 5th February and she needs a laptop to complete the course work. This young person only receives Universal Credit so has no way of affording this herself. Any help would be appreciated which, of course, will mean everything to her as it will open so many employment opportunities.
