E, a single gentleman living on his own, has a chronic long-term condition. He has just received his refugee leave to remain in the UK and has been moved to a temporary accommodation which he shares with four others. Unfortunately, E has been cooking his food and puts it in a shared fridge, but wakes up to nothing. He is not working, due to his illness, and requests financial support to purchase a fridge freezer, some storage boxes, cabinets and TV for his room, to avoid losing his food stuffs.
E, a single mum on a low income, is in remission from cancer and struggling with side effects. She is in need of two single beds as both the children’s beds are in very poor condition and broken. Her family is helping with the children and everyday chores, but is not financially able to help. Due to illness, E was not aware of how bad the beds had become.
This applicant, who struggles with a variety of serious health conditions, has recently started taking a medication with steroids, as recommended by the doctor, and now his clothes don't fit him anymore. He is in a low income and struggling financially. This applicant is receiving benefits as he is unable to work, due to ill health, and cannot afford to buy new clothes. Please would you help this client to buy some essential clothes? As the winter approaches, he needs a coat and warmer clothes. Thank you.
N is on a low income and has no way of replacing her washing machine which she needs, due to having a lot of hospital treatment and waiting for an operation. She needs to keep washing her bedding, but her washing machine has blown up and been condemned. Due to rising costs, N is unable to afford a replacement and is really struggling washing by hand, as she cannot wring the sheets out properly.
