This gentleman, who struggles with his mental health, is from out of our area, but has been here for several weeks, sleeping in a tent and using the foodbank to keep warm and eat, following a breakdown in family relationships. The P3 charity has been helping him, but there is no available accommodation in our area, only houses of multiple occupancy, which do not meet his needs. We have submitted a claim for Universal Credit, as he has no money. P3 has secured accommodation for this gentleman in the Stoke area, but there are no direct buses and a taxi will cost £90.
