Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

He has the opportunity for counselling with a specialist who will help to address the issues that have caused great difficulty in his life and help him to get 'back on track'. The sessions cost £35, but J is in debt and doesn't have the money. Please could you help us to fund six sessions?

Total needed £200This family's cooker broke and this single mum saved and saved until she could afford a second-hand one on Facebook. This was delivered and she paid for it to be installed. However, once installed it didn't work and she had no way of getting back her money. Mum is devastated as her daughter and her are eating cold food and have no way to afford a new cooker. Our charity would love to provide a new one for her, to help build some stability in their lives.

Total needed £200This gentleman is in need of a cooker. He was a proud father who worked in construction; however, his life took a very sad turn. His son was murdered, and this led to him having a huge breakdown. This gentleman could no longer work, and developed an alcohol addiction. Some time on, he now has a terminal illness - cirrhosis of the liver, and is not expected to live longer than this year. He is getting help now, and his benefits are paying for carers. However, he is without a cooker.
