Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
This single mum is struggling financially due to ill health. Her income was reduced as she had to take time off work, initially due to stress, and after two days back at work she passed out in the work place and injured herself. Mum is now off sick again and due to be back at work in January. Her car, which she uses for work, needs to be serviced and she cannot afford to pay for it. Could you please donate so that mum can get her car serviced and start work in January? Thanks.
Still £55 left to donate
Total needed £190K, who is thirty and has two children, became unwell with her mental health earlier this year and was admitted into hospital for four months. The children had to go and live with their grandmother. K has worked really hard to get well and has been working well with social workers to get the children back with her. She has been gifted some of the items that have been needed in her home, but K is desperate to replace her broken fridge freezer and cannot afford this out of her benefits. Thank you.
