Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

N and her family came over to the UK in January 2023 and have been in Home Office accommodation in London. Their leave to remain was granted and they have now moved into a new home locally. The house has no carpets and N cannot afford them as her only income is from Universal Credit and she has no savings. Could our kind donors please help her to make her house into a home for mum and her two children?
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200K is a single mum of one child whose only income is Universal Credit and she is struggling to manage on a daily basis. She has lived in her flat for over eighteen months and it's not carpeted. The floors are concrete, so it's cold and feels damp. Her little girl is getting older now and likes to run around but K is worried she will hurt herself. We have an offer of free carpets, but need help with the fitting costs. K would be so so grateful for any support.
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200T, who is moving into her first home with her son, who is a toddler, is also currently pregnant. She is working part-time, but struggles with hours due to childcare. Mum's main income is from Universal Credit and she has no savings. The house they are moving into is not carpeted and T urgently needs to put floor coverings down. Any help offered with the cost of carpet fitting would be amazing.
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200C and her three children were made homeless last year by a private landlord wanting to sell his house. They were homeless for seven weeks and have been lucky enough to recently find a house. C had to move towns and this meant she lost her job. Her only income now is Universal Credit and she has no savings. Her house is dusty and extremely cold, and she is desperate for carpets to make the house into a home. Any help offered towards the carpet fitting would so gratefully received.
