R lived in Supported Housing for three years and has recently moved to Sheltered Housing. He was misdiagnosed with Parkinson's disease which is now suspected as being Huntington's Disease. R has managed to get some basic furniture for his new flat, which has used up all his funds. He would like some help with some rugs to deaden the noise on the floor and some curtains for privacy. His Social Worker suggested that Acts 435 might be able to help.
