P, a single Mum, has had her cooker condemned by the gas board and is struggling to feed her four children using a microwave. One of the children is being assessed for autism. P suffers from poor mobility necessitating the use of crutches. She hasn't reached out for help before, and is attempting to manage on Universal Credit. A new cooker would transform meal times for the whole family.
