L suffers from depression and severe anxiety, spending the majority of her time at home. Her kitchen does not have window coverings and is overlooked; this makes her feel particularly vulnerable when in the kitchen after dark. She has found some reasonably priced blinds but has no funds of her own to make this purchase. Please can you help her to feel more secure in her own home by helping with the cost of blinds?
