We are supporting a young mother with mental and physical difficulties who has a young son and daughter with special needs. Her electric cooker has completely broken down and needs replacing. She is managing on a temporary basis with an appliance someone has lent to her but she needs to obtain a replacement cooker in the longer term. Any help to support this person would be most gratefully received. Thank you.
This mum of two young children has had a very traumatic time. She had to flee an abusive relationship and is in debt. She has been rehoused far from her family and friends but is relieved to be in a safe and secure home. However the second hand washing machine she was given has broken and she is really struggling to wash all the clothes and bedding by hand; in particular her 3 year old needs lots of changes of clothes! She cannot afford to buy a new machine and would be so grateful for your help.
D had mental health issues after the end of his marriage. His ex wife fraudulently took advantage of him and made false HMRC claims, causing his debts. He was in despair and homeless for a while, then sectioned under the mental health act. Life has improved, he now has an apprenticeship job, and has just moved into a new flat. D is starting from scratch again and has no furniture. Can you help him with a donation towards a fridge/freezer?
