£90 needed for a Debt Relief Order
From York - 30 years old.
D has mental ill health and is unable to work. He currently receives Universal Credit, but having consulted Citizens Advice, he may be eligible for a Personal Independence Payment for his ill health. In the meantime his outgoings are exceeding the Credit income, due partly to his health costs, and the withdrawal of the £20 uplift will push him even deeper into debt. He has accepted that he needs to apply for a Debt Relief Order and would be very grateful for help with the fee.
