£90 needed for a Debt Relief Order

D has debts that he cannot clear. He has been trying to pay something towards them each month but with the interest he is getting more in debt. He has now spoken to Citizens Advice who has recommended a Debt Relief Order, but the cost is £90 which he cannot afford out of his benefits. Please could you help him to pay this court fee so that he can start to make progress towards being debt free? Thank you for your help.
