£120 needed for a washing machine
From Bradford - 43 years old.
J came to our foodbank and has been really struggling to make ends meet, even while working and claiming Universal Credit. When doing a budgeting session with her, we realised that she was spending a lot of money on laundry costs. This was because her washer had broken and she couldn't afford to fix it. She would save quite a lot of money by having her own washer, and could start to focus on other issues she is facing.
