£150 needed for a washing machine and a hoover

From Penzance - 50 years old.

This lady, who was referred by her Social Worker, lives on her own with severe self neglect. She has no electric or heating, due to financial difficulties, a broken toilet and cooker, and lives in unsanitary conditions. She receives Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payment, but has no savings and is in debt. She has a microwave and a kettle, but would like money for a cooker and a hoover at a cost of £240. We have accessed £90 of crisis funding from elsewhere. Please can you help this lady improve her life?
