R is classed as clinically vulnerable as she has a number of physical and mental health issues including anxiety and depression. Her condition has deteriorated over the recent months. She was forced to leave her job 6 months ago because of her health problems and is now on Universal Credit. She lives with her partner but he has a number of debts and they are struggling to cope financially. They desperately need support.
