Mr K lives by himself in his flat, in Tyne and Wear. Recently due to an electrical fault his boiler has not been working, leaving him without hot water or heating for 4 weeks. He is 66 years old and lives off just over £300 a month and has no savings. He cannot afford to fix the problem. He has brain damage and memory loss and has been looking for support in his troubles, but currently there are no local charities or organisations able to help him. He needs an electrician to fix the problem. Can you help?
