Mr G suffers from mixed personality disorder. To compound this he feels isolated as he recently lost two close members of his family and broke up with his girlfriend. He is signed off by his GP as not fit for work at the moment and is currently homeless. His only source of income is the basic level of Universal Credit but this is reduced by nearly 35% deductions due to his debts. A Debt Relief Order would reduce these deductions substantially and help him pay for just his basic needs.
