J is an elderly man who has struggled with losing his eyesight and is now unable to drive. He supports his wife who has various health issues. J has debts which we have been dealing with for him and it's become obvious that the best course of action would be to apply for a Debt Relief Order. Any help you could give him towards the fees would be really appreciated.
