£90 needed for a mobile phone

A twenty one year old Asylum Seeker from Chad in Africa, attending the Open Doors charity in Hull, requests help to buy a new mobile phone as he lost his phone in the park. He receives an allowance of approximately £40 a week, which barely covers his day to day expenses, and is not permitted to seek paid employment. He is unable to contact his family, receive communication from the Home Office or keep in touch with local agencies helping Asylum Seekers. He would be very grateful for any help received.
