£80 needed for a bicycle, helmet and lock

A twenty six year old Asylum seeker from Eritrea who attends the Open Doors charity in Hull requests help to buy a second hand bicycle, helmet and lock. He receives £38 a week for all his living expenses and is not allowed to seek employment, nor can he access public funds. He finds travelling expensive and would very much appreciate a bicycle which would allow him to attend educational classes and participate in other community and social activities. He would be very grateful for any help received.
