£150 needed for an IELTS test

From Leeds - 30 years old.

O is an asylum seeker from Afghanistan. He started a degree in his home country but was not able to finish it, because he had to flee. He has applied to university here in the UK to train as a Software Engineer and get a recognised diploma in the EU. In order to fulfil the conditions of his offer, he needs to pay to take an IELTS test (English test). Any support towards this cost would be greatly appreciated.
