A single mum of two daughters is needing to wean her baby. She has been an asylum seeker for the past 5 years and has no access to public funds. Life is very challenging for this family, and mum has her own health issues too. Any help you could give them towards weaning equipment would be really appreciated.
N had to leave her home and country, where she worked for 21 years in a hospital lab, because she was persecuted for her Christian faith. She has been in England for 19 months and lived in temporary SERCO hostels. She has recently gained asylum and her own accommodation where she now lives with her husband. She is now attending a local church. They are on Universal Credit and cannot afford a washer to wash their clothes.
