A twenty two year old young Asylum seeker arrived in the UK six weeks ago and is still not getting any kind of Asylum support. He is sofa surfing and waiting for the Home Office to provide financial support and accommodation. He has no money to buy food, and can't travel as he has no money to buy a travel or Oyster card. He was given an old mobile phone, but he still needs money to top it up and use it. He is very vulnerable and in need of financial support.
