He has lost all forms of ID and needs to apply for Settled Status as he currently has no access to benefits. Our client needs the funds to be able to apply for a passport but also to pay for the travel to and from the embassy so that he is able to collect it. Any support that you are able to offer would be much appreciated.

He has been kicked out of his family home and the council are refusing to accommodate him because he hasn't got Settled Status and leave to remain in the UK. Our client became homeless after he was evicted by his landlord. He is now in temporary accommodation and has very few belongings. His laptop was stolen from him which he was using to develop his interest in writing. He also has every expectation that he will return to work but needs internet access to help with job searching and vocational development. He is asking for a smartphone so that he can access his emails again and continue researching work and continue his writing project.

They moved into the flat in August 2019 and the cooker stopped working soon after. Since then they have made do with a microwave. Our client has had to leave his accommodation due to unfortunate circumstances. We want to support him to get long term accommodation but to do that we have to move him out of the accommodation he is in for his safety and the safety of his housemates. We need your support to help put him in a bed and breakfast for a few days whilst we work with him to find long term accommodation. This will be a lot easier if we are able to put him into temporary accommodation during this process.

The council have refused to do another deep clean. This will now have to be done by a private company. M has offered to use all of his savings towards this cost but he is still £150 short of the total cost. Please can you help towards the cost of the deep clean and removal of rubbish from his home? Thank you.

Sadly he doesn't have the savings to do this and it would be wonderful if you could help him. Moving forward, his sister is going to manage his money so hopefully this won't happen again.
