A is making good progress and now needs to work on her self-esteem, this has been damaged through years of being ignored as a child and made to feel worthless. As a child she also had an eating disorder which increased the dislike in herself. She has a family she is longing to reconnect with but until her self-esteem and liking herself are enhanced this reunion will not be possible. Can we help her get to that final stage of self-belief?
