£150 needed for flooring

B is a 78-year-old single lady who has little family support, and suffers from a lung condition as well as anxiety and high blood pressure. She had to move out of her flat last September because of severe damp, but had no insurance. The Housing Association has been very helpful, and has replaced all her belongings except for the vinyl flooring. Her lung condition means that her health is badly affected by carpets. Other charities are helping but there is a shortfall, which we are trying to make up.
