Social services are now helping them with their immigration claim and have housed them. In the meantime they have no access to public funds. They can't claim benefits and the new house they have been placed into doesn't have any furniture. Social services have provided some things, but they now need a hoover, a microwave and an ironing board. Any help you could provide would be really appreciated.
