Our client is a vulnerable lady who we have been helping, we have helped her to get back on her feet, she now has settled status and has starting earning benefits. We have moved her out of temporary accommodation and she now has her own flat for the first time in a very long time since being in the UK. There were no carpets in the flat - we have put some carpets in the lounge and bedroom - but the stairs were steep and needed doing badly. Our client needs support to pay for this work.
