A young mother and child who fled domestic abuse have recently moved into a Council flat, but the flat has bare concrete floors. Mum has obtained a quote to carpet the living room and bedrooms, but cannot afford any of this. She is keen to carpet her son's room first and will find the cost of the carpet from other sources, but is looking for help to pay the cost of the fitting.
