K, a young man with learning disabilities is applying for benefits and Personal Independence Payment. He is being supported by Croydon Churches Housing Association and other organisations. He would like to replace the old, mouldy refrigerator which came with the accommodation he moved into in March 2022. K has tried to clean the refrigerator, but it is in a bad state and the mould will not come off so it is not hygienic.
