W was living in a furnished private rented property. The rent increased by a third, after a commercial landlord took over, and she was also on a zero hour contract. She has now moved to a social landlord but is struggling to get household items, such as pans and bedroom drawers. She now has a regular morning job as a Social Worker, which is improving her mental state. She has a few debts that she couldn't pay from her old property which means she is unable to save.
