Mr W has recently moved from supported accommodation into his own tenancy which has been a strain on his limited finances. He does not have sufficient funds to meet all his needs and has had to access the foodbank in order to have food. There are no carpets in the accommodation he has moved to and this is too big an outlay for him to afford. Carpet would help him create a homely atmosphere and make the accommodation warmer and provide some soundproofing.
