£70 needed for a Debt Relief Order

R is working with Christians Against Poverty and they have advised a Debt Relief Order as the best way out of his debt problem. He's on a very low level of benefits, and can't work currently because of an upcoming hand operation. We'd love to be able to get him debt free as soon as possible- he just won't be able to afford to pay the necessary statutory fee. Thanks for any help you're able to give.
