C is a young entrepreneur who is starting up her own painting and decorating business. She has applied for start up funding, but needs a telescopic ladder, as she travels on the bus. She has suffered greatly during the pandemic and is keen to get back and contribute to society. C is receiving help with the advertising costs through our local church.
