D is on Employment and Support Allowance. He is suffering from Anxiety and; therefore, unable to work. D has multiple debts that he is unable to pay, due to his low income. The debts are adding to his stress and anxiety. He has been using the Foodbank and receiving their help to top up his gas, as there is a debt with EDF Energy. They are taking 70% towards the debt when he tops up his gas card. The Debt Relief Order will allow him to have a fresh start.
