£90 needed for a Debt Relief Order

This gentleman has a young family and has fallen into debt and is currently being helped by Christians Against Poverty. He has the opportunity to address his debt by applying for a Debt Relief Order; however, he is unable to afford the £90 fee due to low income. Please could you help him to pay the fee so his whole family can have the opportunity to start life afresh? Thanks
