This lady was working as a cleaner until she had a bad fall, causing her to lose a lot of weight, and hasn't been able to go back to work. She is now applying for Personal Independence Payment with help from the Citizens Advice Bureau, but has only her Universal Credit to live on, which has to cover her rent. She is struggling with the increased cost of energy as, due to losing so much weight, she feels the cold a lot. She would be so grateful for our help.
