£150 needed for bedroom flooring

This lady has a long term disability and child who is also disabled. They have been moved into a ground floor flat by Yorkshire Housing due to their disabilities and also no longer being able to afford the rent in their old property. However the house is bare and they have no flooring/carpets in their bedrooms and need help with funds to buy carpets. Please can you help?
