This person suffers from Asperger's and other mental health issues. He has two companion dogs who are his life. He is unable to work, due to his Aspersers and mental health issues. Due to a limited income, he is unable to afford to purchase a wet and dry hoover to clean up after his dogs and keep his home clean. He is in receipt of Employment Support Allowance (ESA) and Personal Independent Allowance.
