We are still working closely with this couple so their hoarding doesn’t got out of control again. Trying to help them keep organised requires storage and with this in mind they are asking for assistance with a wardrobe. Both have learning disabilities and both receive low benefits so they cannot afford a wardrobe themselves. Any help would greatly improve their lives.
C is a single parent with two young children aged 5 and 2 years old. She has been rehoused by the City Council after living in a hostel. C is epileptic, and receives Employment Seekers Allowance benefits fortnightly of £156, with rent paid directly. She has no money/savings to equip her home, and is in need of white goods such as a good second hand washing machine etc. She has no friends or family nearby, and no church connections.
