C, an older lady who lives alone, has a learning disability and is struggling financially. Her cooker has broken and she has no savings to purchase a new one and have it fitted safely by a qualified fitter. The lack of having a working cooker is having a detrimental effect on her health and, by being able to purchase a replacement one, it will help tremendously and allow C to settle and become calm again. Any help and support will be greatly appreciated.
