Mr and Mrs B had to have some maintenance work done in their property and now their cooker is no longer compatible with the new circuit board. They can't afford to get a new one, as they are both pensioners in poor health. Mr B has inflammation of the stomach and has a special diet; they have a working hob, but they need a cooker to cook fresh food. They have a working hob but are in need of a cooker.
