This single mum has had her benefit payments changed from Income Support to Universal Credit. She has waited six weeks for any money to be paid, during which time she has missed rent and utility payments. Mum has borrowed from friends and is now trying to clear her debts, but owes her son's school the balance of the cost of his school residential trip. she is feeling anxious about this as he is looking forward to it. Her son, who has learning difficulties, enjoys being with his friends and this will be his only holiday. Please can you help them?
