This mother has two young children and the youngest has extreme special needs. The child has Special Educational Needs, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and possible autism. This has resulted in the child only attending school two hours a day, which has affected the hours his mother can work. Therefore, they live off a very low income.
