£150 needed for a carpet

A and her 2 children were recently moved to a council house in the Canterbury area from a refuge in London after fleeing domestic abuse. The house is only partly furnished and there are no carpets downstairs, just bare concrete. This means that in addition to being trapped at home during lockdown, A and the children are also trapped upstairs as it's so cold downstairs and dangerous for her very young children to run around on the hard floors. A carpet in the front room would make a massive difference, can you help?
