£120 needed for GCSE art supplies
From Great Yarmouth - 42 years old.
M was recently transferred to Universal Credit and had her benefits reduced by £500 a month for herself and her two children who live with her. One of her children starts an art GCSE in September and the school has told the family that they need to purchase the art supplies needed, including canvases, canvas holder, paint, pencils, paintbrushes. This would be hard enough at any time for the family but over the summer when the children aren't having free school meals finances are even tighter.
