A is self employed and works from home, however has no support from family so has to put the children into nursery so that she can work properly. A's Tax Credits award has been pending since Easter so A is not eligible yet for child care assistance. A is also having to deal with 3 weeks rent arrears. All A wants to do is make a fresh start.
