This severely disabled man, on benefits and struggling with bills, can only go outside in his electric wheelchair with someone. He has lost his confidence outside so is bed-bound. His wife looks after him and their children, with help of carers. A lightweight camera would give him reason to be outside and follow his love of nature and hopefully help him with his confidence. It would really make a difference to his quality of life.

Having been rehoused due to threats to the family from neighbours, our applicant and family have been instructed by court order that the house they moved to must now be returned to a beneficiary following the recent death of the home owner. In less than a month our applicant has to move again. This has placed undue financial pressure on them due to extra costs associated with moving family to new premises. Extra and unexpected costs which will not be covered by Council or the new Landlord.
