Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.
S was living in Young Men's Christian Association accommodation when she became ill, and has been in hospital for a few weeks. She has had to be moved to a complex with warden supervision, as her previous home was unsuitable, considering her now reduced mobility and increased care needs. Unfortunately, the property has no flooring and the occupational therapist has stated that non-slip flooring will make it safe for her. S only receives her pension so cannot cover the cost of this, therefore, she would really appreciate your support. Many thanks.
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200This single mother, who is living in London, has a two year old son with complex needs. Mum has found some treatment that is really helping, and her son is so much better. However, mum has had to pay for private health care for her son to receive the treatment he needs. A supermarket voucher to help pay for food and other essentials, and would really help this family while they recover from having to pay high hospital fees.
